Products purchased from other retailers follow the return policy of those retailers. For all products purchased directly on naturepedic.com, a return authorization number must be requested prior to shipping the product back to Naturepedic. For adult mattresses, customers must keep their mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return. For eos classic, eos pillowtop, and eos trilux mattresses, any layer can be swapped out within 100 nights for FREE. If outside the 100 night free trial, new layers can still be purchased a la carte at anytime.

Regarding the shipping policy, Naturepedic offers free ground shipping on all products within the Continental U.S. Most orders are currently shipping within 7-10 business days. Transit Times for UPS/FedEx Ground apply as follows: Eastern and Central States: 3-4 business days, Western States: 5-7 business days. For orders shipping to Canada, please use code SWEETDREAMSCA. For other destinations, a custom quote can be requested.
